Established in 1974 the firm of Kaczmar architects incorporated (KAI) is an eleven person full service architectural practice. Our specific work tasks and activities vary widely from research, programming and feasibility studies to master land planning of mixed use developments to the design and construction adminstration of highly specialized medical and research buildings, hotels, office buildings, and schools. We assume total responsibility for all aspects of the design process from project inception through completion of construction.

KAI is highly dedicated to overseeing and effectively communicating every detail throughout the design process. That process begins with research and dialogue aimed at understanding the nature of the venture and continues into the study of alternatives and particular needs involved. The KAI approach is designed to avoid preconceived solutions. Each project site and building is distinctly different from all others and requires its own unique design solution based on the Owner/User specific program criteria. We believe that successful projects are conceived in the knowledge and understanding of the program and needs of the client and are predicated on creative design, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.

Kaczmar architects incorporated has provided services to a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Working with corporate, government and private clients, the firm has been responsible for the design of major project types, including office, health care, lab/research, academic, hospitality, religious, and residential buildings. The KAI portfolio consists of a significant number of Projects for both local and national developers.

The KAI professional staff is fully equipped with the latest electronic software and hardware necessary to successfully complete the most complex project designs. Architectural design, drafting and 3-D modeling are generated through the use of AutoCAD 2008 and the innovative BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, Autodesk Revit. KAI retains only the most qualified and highly trained computer aided design professionals to see to it that the services provided are cost effective, time efficient, and of premium quality.
