Scope: Master Planning & 70,000 SF School

Completion Date: August 2005

This project consisted of a new two-story private educational complex for pre-kindergarten through 8th grade students.  KAI programmed the school and then prepared a Master Plan for the site which included the future expansion of the classroom wing. Ultimately the school will accommodate an enrollment of 600 students.  

One of the great challenges KAI eagerly accepted was to design a contemporary structure to complement and respect the historical surroundings. The design was approved and embraced by the Landmarks and local design review commissions.
