The five story Blairsville, PA Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel is situated on approximately 2.5 acres of land overlooking the golf courses of the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort. The new hotel includes a custom exterior façade designed to integrate with the existing resort.
KAI provided services to repeat client Horizon Properties Group for this hotel and a new Hampton Inn & Suites in North Strabane Township, PA simultaneously. Design and construction of both properties were completed within a 17 month schedule.
The five story, 113 room North Strabane, PA hotel is also situated in a picturesque setting and was designed to take advantage of dramatic views to the surrounding hillsides.
