This Tru by Hilton hotel is being developed on a 1.55 acre urban site in Cleveland’s thriving MidTown district. The four-story hotel will include approximately 50,700 SF and 114 guest rooms. KAI is designing the hotel according to the recently minted Tru by Hilton brand standards, but customizing it to fit the urban site for both the plans and building exteriors. The hotel will have a modern, efficient design offering advanced technology and flexibility in the guest experience for the burgeoning midscale market. Guest rooms will mimic a smaller, more European size and public spaces will offer a place to both work and socialize. Project completion is scheduled for Spring 2019.
