This project consists of a new prototypical five-story, 102 room Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. The total gross building area is approximately 69,500 SF.  Amenities include a two-story breakfast area, Meeting Room, Boardroom, Business Center,  Indoor Pool, and Fitness Center.  

Exterior materials are a combination of split-face masonry and EIFS, and represented Hilton’s then-new “forever young initiative” exterior changes which include a simplified Porte Cochere design, a revised color palette, and modular architectural cornice uplighting. The forever young initiative also includes the “perfect mix” lobby, a redesigned Treat Shop, and sliding guestroom barn doors.
