The project consists of a new four story Home2 Suites by Hilton in the Levis Commons lifestyle center in Perrysburg, OH, nearby to the Levis Commons Hilton Garden Inn also designed by KAI. This hotel consists of 107 guest rooms and contains approximately 69,600 SF. This project represents the eighth hotel contract for which KAI has provided A&E services to Gateway Hospitality Group.
